DescriptionBookkeeping/Office Admin position available for immediate hire. This is an administration position with heavy bookkeeping responsibilities. Job Duties to Include: -General AP/AR -Creating Statements -Invoicing -Light Collections -Posting -Assist at multiple local tradeshows throughout the year -General clerical work (i.e. scanning documents, filing, assisting with phones, etc.) Requirements: -Minimum of 2 years experience in AP/AR or Bookkeeping -Must have proficient skills in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word -Must be professional in appearance, demeanor, and communication -Hard working and self motivated -Must have excellent communication both verbal and written -Must pass a background check and drug screen This is a part time position with flexible hours.
