DescriptionSedona Staffing is recruiting for Customer Service Representatives for an inbound call center. Job duties including taking inbound calls from customers in regards to product issues or cancellations of services. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience. The position requires 6 weeks of training. The training shift for the first 2 weeks will be 8a to 4:30p M -F, then weeks 3-6 will be 8a to 4:30p Tues-Sat. Once training schedule is complete, normal schedule will be 5 days per week-they are offering an 8-4:30 shift or 1:30-10pm shift. Part -time hrs available are 4pm-10 or 6pm-10pm and all schedules will have two days off per week but may not be consecutive. After hire-on there is potential for bonus incentives based on attendance, saves and work performance. Training rate is $8.50/hour with a raise to $9.00/hour after second week is complete. After hire on, employees can immediately become eligible to participate in the company's competitive bonus program.
