Inbound Customer Service Agents

The Sedona Group is currently seeking qualified Inbound Customer Service Agents for long-term opportunities with an international company with corporate and branch locations in the Illinois Quad Cities. Part-Time and Full-time opportunities are available on all shifts. (32-40 hrs. per week) Flexible schedules available for, 1st shift, mid-shift, and 2nd shifts including weekend hours. Training will be on first shift for the first 3-weeks, 7a-3:30. As a Call Center Agent for our client, your job duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Receiving service requests via phone
- Verification & documentation for service requests
- Dispatching service technicians from various US locations.
- Must be able to effectively communicate (speaking and writing) with callers.
- Must be able to discuss problems with the customers and/or technicians when the Service Center Supervisor or Branch personnel are not available or able to assist, and as necessary, report problem calls to the Service Center Supervisor.
- Must be computer savvy and able to manipulate data between multiple screens.
- Must have quick and accurate data entry skills.
