Customer Service Representative
Long Term - Potential Temp to Hire
Work From Home but could require going back in down the road

Hours: ~ 8a-5p- Could vary slightly
Bilingual English Spanish Desired
- Answer, research, and resolve internal and external inquiries via phone, e-mail, fax, or mail
- Monitor various inboxes to ensure that all documents are properly uploaded and saved
- Provide customers with product knowledge and guidance
- Document - Note and update customer accounts
- Excellent Communication with strong grammar abilities
- The ability to work under deadlines
- Have a warm, approachable manner and passion for customer service
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferably in a fast-paced call center environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus (not required)
- Experience using MS Outlook and Excel
- HS Diploma or GED
